Welcome and appreciation to you for considering, beginning or continuing your inner work.

I’m honored to be considered as a co-conspirator. 

Currently I’m working via telehealth with individual adults who reside in Washington State, in collaboration with Mindful Therapy Group. Mindful can help verify insurances and scheduling, and they also work with other therapists if in-person work would work better for you.

Therapy can take many forms: It can be short-term or long-term, open-ended or structured. It’s a collaboration between you, me, and your Unconscious. We can work with what’s happening in your life right now, with your dreams, with the feelings and sensations in your body. I especially appreciate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a structure to weave into sessions.

If you prefer greater structure, there are many wonderful options to work with out there: Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (best done while you’re concurrently in a DBT group), Solution-Focused therapy, the STAIR-NST model for recovery from childhood abuse (Cloitre, Cohen and Koenen), Internal Family Systems workbooks, Coping with Trauma-Related Dissocation (Boon, Steele, Van der Hart), and others.

When people do come to work together, here are some of the things they may be commonly facing:

  • “stuckness”

  • ongoing effects of trauma

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • mania

  • psychosis

  • building a life in recovery

  • deconstructing religious trauma

  • those who are searching, who are dissatisfied with their current comfort zone

  • going through life transitions

  • relationship transitions

  • transitions of any kind
